Norman Corn is a veteran executive of the global Technology industry who has contributed to the success of Fortune 100 firms and entrepreneurial ventures, leading public and private companies. His international experience is combined with keen understanding of the discipline, strategy, analysis and focus required to grow a business profitably or turn around a struggling enterprise. He has earned a reputation as a hands-on leader who brings drive, energy, tough-minded decision-making plus an ever-present strong client focus to his assignments. He takes particular pride in his ability to groom professionals and successors while sharing the experience and knowledge gained from many leadership positions. Developing and growing an organization, coaching existing and emerging management, and most importantly, achieving positive results for all stakeholders are some of his key accomplishments. Following his success as CEO for a number of enterprises, Corn has been providing executive leadership, counseling and coaching directly to companies facing growth challenges and those currently in distress. He also collaborates with accounting, legal and consulting firms in support of their clients, and with private equity firms supporting their investments and portfolio companies that are in similar circumstances.
